SHIPPING

Shipping and processing times may vary depending on the item selected for purchase. Bony Levy does not currently offer international shipping.  All shipments will arrive via UPS and will require a signature upon delivery for any sales $5,000 and over.

If you order multiple items, they may ship in multiple packages. 

*Please note, you will only be charged one shipping fee. 

All orders placed by 2pm PST will be processed same-day; all orders placed over the weekends will be processed the following business day. 

SHIPPING CHARGES

STANDARD SHIPPING, 3-5 DAYS

There will be a $10 flat rate charge for all purchases up to $1,500 and free shipping for all purchases over $1,500.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

There will be a $20 flat rate charge for all overnight shipping up to $2,500 and free shipping for all purchases over $2,500.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders can be shipped within 5 weeks; please contact repairs@bonylevy.com for any questions and concerns about custom orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

o   Contact repairs@ bonylevy.com for Return Authorization within 30 days of receiving

o   Must be unworn and in original condition

o   Return with included packaging

o   Return shipping $6.95 with label provided or at customer expense

Any personalized, custom, or reduced priced items are FINAL SALE and may not be exchanged.

REPAIRS/SERVICES

·       Complimentary Services:

o    Ring sizing up to size 8 (for all full-price styles), please reach out to repairs@bonylevy.com for sizing needs above a size 8

o    Engraving

o    Yearly refurbishing of all Bony Levy pieces

·       Replacement of any diamonds that go missing on any Bony Levy piece, please reach out to repairs@bonylevy.com for additional information

·       Conversion of earring backings to screw backs, leverbacks, shorten posts, etc.

Please allow 2 weeks for all repairs and services.

Our limited warranty offers complimentary repairs/refurbishment on pieces with signs of normal wear and tear. Fees will apply on any repairs for pieces that are damaged outside of normal wear and tear, and/or if the piece is no longer covered by warranty.

PAYMENT METHODS

Bony Levy accepts the following forms of payment:  American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  We also accept PayPal. Your billing address must exactly match the address for your credit card. The processing of your order may be delayed if these addresses are different.
